You retain ownership of content you submit (such as waitlist page copy). You grant Holy Glow Solutions a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content only as needed to operate and improve Valoji.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Valoji at any time. We are not liable for any change, suspension, or discontinuation.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use creates risk for the platform, users, or third parties.

Valoji is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that validation outcomes will produce business results.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holyglo Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.
